Shipping 

We offer both domestic (U.S.) and international shipping.​​​​​

• All packages are shipped with USPS Monday through Friday.

• Orders are processed within 1-3  business days, Monday through Friday.

• USPS closure days in the U.S. may apply.

• Please note that holidays observed in the U.S. include: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Presidents' Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve. Additional closures due to federal holidays or weather conditions may also apply. USPS is closed on Saturday afternoons and Sundays. While we receive orders every day, including weekends, orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be shipped on Monday, and orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on Tuesday. Please note that some products may take between two to three days to be ready for shipment.

• Orders shipping to Europe or other countries, including the state of Alaska, U.S., take around 10 business days to be delivered.

• Please be sure to provide accurate address information, including Receptor name, Country, State, City, Zip code, building and /or suite number.

• After your order is placed and shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email address.

• Larger orders may take more than three days to be prepared for shipment. We will confirm the estimated time via email.

• Since all of our products are naturally crafted for body, bath, and personal care—and packaged in properly sterilized containers—we do not accept returns. However, we deeply value your experience, so please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Packaging:

Our products are thoughtfully packaged with sustainability at heart.

Perfumes, face serums, creams, perfumed hair and body oils, face powders, masks, and small multi-use moisturizers are housed in recyclable glass jars. Lids may vary such as bamboo, wood, or recyclable plastic—depending on availability and demand.

Deodorants and lip balms come in eco-friendly paper push-up tubes. Oil-infused body lotions are bottled in amber glass, while leave-in conditioners are packaged in sleek, recyclable aluminum containers.

Candles are presented in frosted glass jars with bamboo lids, and soaps are wrapped in compostable, eco-conscious paper.

• All labels are made from paper, with some protected by a transparent recyclable adhesive for added durability.

 

• Although all of our packaging is recyclable, please ensure that all jars, bottles, and tubes are completely empty and clean before placing them in the recycling bin.
